Fayose’s attacks on Buhari childish – Kashamu

• Senator Kashamu says Governor Fayose lacks the temperament and credentials to counsel anyone on democracy and the rule of law 

• The senator blames Fayose for the leadership crisis rocking the PDP 

• Kashamu describes the governor’s constant bashing of the president on any and every issue or incident as predictable and monotonous

He called on Buhari and the Police IG, Ibrahim K. Idris, to call the state police commissioner to order, in the interest of peace in the state, Tribune reports.

Lagos shuts 12 houses as police uncovers illegal oil wells

• Lagos state government says it has shut 12 houses in Abeokuta and Ibadan streets in Ilasamaja area of the state over discovery of shallow oil wells built by landlords to illegally scoop diesel from pipeline

• Also, the Lagos CP confirms arrest of three suspects in connection to the illegal oil wells

The Lagos state Government on Friday shut 12 houses in Abeokuta and Ibadan Streets in Ilasamaja area of the State over discovery of shallow oil wells built by landlords to illegally scoop diesel from pipeline belonging to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
